VARIATION
Giverni only work with materials of the highest quality standards. All items are made from natural materials and as such their natural colour may vary slightly from the image shown. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. As a result of different computer settings, some pieces may appear bigger or smaller on screen than their actual size.
In compliance with industry standards, the carat weight of diamonds and gemstones may vary 0.05 carats from the stated weight. For pieces containing multiple diamonds or gemstones, Giverni will list the average grade and measurement for colour and clarity.
ERRORS
We make every attempt to avoid any errors on our site. However, data may sometimes be inaccurately displayed due to system or human errors. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors if they occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT
Once you are ready to place an order you should proceed to "Checkout". You will be informed immediately if the payment has been successful and receive an email confirming your order shortly after. We reserve the right not to accept an order if a breach in our Terms & Conditions occurs.
Subject to availability, your purchase will be dispatched once payment has been received. Whilst Giverni makes every effort to delivery your purchase on time, we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Giverni reserves the right to perform credit checks when you make an offer to purchase items on our site. This may include checks to verify your identity, to validate the card tendered in payment, to obtain an initial card authorisation and to authorise individual transactions.
PAYMENT METHODS
For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account on receipt of your order by Giverni.
If you would like to receive a discount of 2% on your purchase, you are welcomed to arrange payment through your bank. Bank wire transfers are accepted on orders of GBP1,000 or more. Please email us at wiretransfer@giverni.com for further information.
SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT
Giverni is committed to providing a secure payment processing service. Giverni does not hold your payment card details on our site or our database.
DUTIES & TAXES
The prices on this site are denominated in Pound Sterling (GBP). Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged at 17.5%. This is already included in your purchase price. After your order has been dispatched, we can refund the VAT element of your purchase if you live outside the European Union. To request a VAT refund, please contact us at taxes@giverni.com. We reserve the right to levy a handling fee on any refund.
Purchases made outside the United Kingdom may be subject to duties and taxes. These responsibilities are to be borne by you.
