DELIVERY TIME

 

We aim to deliver your purchase between four to seven working days, subject to availability. Sometimes with

the volume of purchases we receive in a day, a piece may go out of stock before we are able to amend their

availability on our site. If this happens, we will notify you of the expected delivery date or we can help you find

another item.

 

Some jewels showcased on Giverni are made to order due to their special and unique nature. In these cases,

please allow between three to six weeks for delivery. Please note that these items are excluded from our

Returns & Exchange Policy.

 

All orders come beautifully wrapped in Giverni gift boxes. They are fully insured and require a signature on

delivery. For your added security and peace of mind, all purchases have to be sent direct to the cardholder’s

billing address. In the unlikely event that they are damaged, please email us at exchange@giverni.com

within 48 hours following the date you receive it.

 

If you are not available on a weekday or would prefer to receive your order on a particular day, we may be

able to arrange this for you. Please email us with your delivery requirements at customerservice@giverni.com.

At the moment, this offer is open to U.K. deliveries only.

Orders within the U.K. are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day (Guaranteed next working day

delivery before 1:00pm)

 

-  Orders £100 and over – free delivery

-  Orders below £100 – £5.00

 

EUROPE & U.S.A

 

Orders from Europe and the U.S.A. are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For™ (Four to seven day

delivery)

 

-  Orders £200 and over – free delivery

-  Orders below £200 – £10.00

 

If you would like your purchase to be sent using a different delivery service, please email us at

aftersales@giverni.com after you have made a purchase.

 

FAULTS & REPAIRS

 

Giverni is committed to providing a high standard service. Should you experience a problem with your

purchase, due to a manufacturing fault (even though extremely rare), we shall act on your problem

efficiently and at no additional cost to you.  All repairs and alteration are carried out by our experienced

craftsmen in-house. Should you experience a problem with your purchase due to an accident, we shall

always offer a fair and competitive quote for repair and restoration, and shall always endeavour to

restore the piece to the same exacting standard.

 

RE-SIZE YOUR RING FOR FREE 

 

If the ring size you have chosen does not fit perfectly, we will re-size it free of charge within 14 days of its

delivery. Re-sizing will take between 5-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the ring. However,

please note that not all rings can be resized, examples include a full (100%) eternity ring or rings with

micro-setting. Please email us on resize@giverni.com prior to sending your ring to us.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

To help you make the perfect choice, most jewellery** on Giverni comes with a no-quibble returns policy.

If are unhappy with an item you purchase, Giverni will exchange for any other item in our collection or offer

a refund.

 

** Customers please kindly note that earrings (due to hygiene purposes), special orders or items that

have been altered in any way (including re-sizing) are excluded from the return and exchange policy.

 

To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and received by our staff within 10 days of the original

shipment date. In addition, the piece has to be returned in its original condition with the security tag intact,

along with the sales receipt and any original documentation such as diamond certificates and/or appraisals.

Any missing material is subject to applicable charges.

 

Before returning an item, you must first contact Giverni via email at returns@giverni.com. You will need to

provide us with your sales receipt number. Once this number has been received, we will send you information

you will need to complete the return, together with a unique Returns Reference Number.

 

When sending the item, please insure the package to cover the purchase price of the item being returned.

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages being returned. (Within the U.K., it is recommended that

a return be sent fully insured by Royal Mail Special Delivery.) Please be advised that Giverni cannot refund

postage charges, or any taxes/ duties payable outside the United Kingdom.

 

We will contact you once we receive the item, then offer a refund or issue a credit note. At the moment,

credit notes can only be taken as a payment against a telephone sale.

  

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
